General info:

Dogs who stay with us are treated like Kings and Queens. They are walked in Central Park 3 times each day, and each walk is 1 hour to 1 ½ hours longs, (walks are longer in nice weather.) Our dog guests are usually walked through the Northern End of Central Park, through the woods and by the waterfalls, or in a grassy clearing where a lot of neighborhood dogs congregate and play together. (A 4th, shorter walk is added, if needed.)

While in our home, the dogs stay in a clean, cage-free and dog friendly environment with a large communal area where there is room to play and lots of soft places to sleep, (such as a living room couch, a large dog bed which can fit 3 to 4 medium to large dogs, or a number of dog beds in the bedroom.) The dogs are free to sleep anywhere they like in the 1,500 square foot apartment, which includes a spacious living room, an accessible bedroom. There is plenty of room for one and all.

Treats are given out to each dog during our walks, and on holidays dogs are treated to gourmet doggy treats courtesy of Buttercup’s Paw-tisserie.

All dogs must have easily visible, current ID tags and be in good general health; (young and old dogs alike are all welcome.)

Dogs must be neutered or spayed. Vet info is required in case of accident or sickness.
